DCAPS & ASDAN

Carlum House campuses are proudly registered ASDAN centres, bringing an international dimension to our D-CAPS (SID) curriculum. Alongside foundational academics and practical skills subjects, learners can be introduced to ASDAN's UK-developed, skills-based courses, offering further opportunities to develop practical abilities, confidence and independence.

Designed for a wide range of learning needs and abilities, these courses complement our SID curriculum through hands-on, person-centred learning that builds on each learner's strengths and interests. Our focus extends beyond the classroom, equipping young people with skills for everyday living, future vocational opportunities and meaningful participation in their homes and communities.
